I service mainly the downtown Toronto area. If you are interested in a shoot outside the downtown area, a travel cost will be determined based on the location. However I do suggest we shoot downtown because it best suits my style.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?+

Yes! If you need someone to hype you up or someone to make you feel more comftorable, go for it!

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?+

The reason for the deposit is to lock in your appointment. If you cancel or don't show, I could have booked someone else in that timeslot. Therefore, to successfully book your appointment a deposit needs to be paid.

WHEN DO I PAY THE REMAINDER?+

The remainder of the session is due immediately after the shoot has finished. Final photos will not be delivered until the final payment has been received. My payment system is setup in two parts: deposit + final payment.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?+

If the weather is crazy/act of god/I am sick/etc, we will put your deposit toward a re-schedule. However, if you simply don’t show up to the session, the deposit will not be refunded. I get it— life happens. However, if you need to cancel and do not want to re-schedule, your deposit is not refunded. Sorry!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE PHOTOS?+

You will receive the edited images within 2 weeks of your session. Depending on the length of the shoot you may receive them earlier! You will receive all of the files via PixieSet an online gallery. PixieSet galleries do expire in a couple days so make sure to download all the photos and back them up!

CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP THE WAY I LOOK?+

No, I do not alter or change my clients appearance in anyway. If that is something you would like, there is a solution and that would be to send my final images to an editor of my choice.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT THE PHOTOS POSTED TO YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA, WEBSITE, OR ONLINE?+

Make it clear in your initial contact email and let me know the reason. Please understand, the sole way I market my photography services (and how you found me!) is the internet and I rely on sharing my photography to bring in customers. Therefore, I do have a fee if that's something you want waived.

CAN I HAVE THE UNEDITED OR RAW FILES?+

No.

Client is encouraged to bring props to interact with (e.g. flowers). Client is responsible for whatever props they would like in the images.
